How to Sew Y-Seams

My Aldebaran quilt pattern uses triangles to make hexagon shaped blocks. While the quilt can be assembled using rows of straight seams, I love being able to play with blocks on my design wall rather than having to shift dozens of triangles. Y-seams to the rescue!
